Professional statement
Two decades of growth in the training sector distilled by an affinity to inspire people from all walks of life. From the moment I opened my first restaurant, the path evolved into a vocation of professional skills with a passion to fuel the careers of as many as I could.
Effervescent, natural enthusiasm, and ethics which value encouragement, recognition and partnerships are my USP's. The statement, 'be impressive', is a determination to invest unconditionally in myself, and everyone I shake hands with. My career maps progress like an orienteering championship. Markers which began in Hospitality Management and led into a diverse world of L&D development.
Landmarks such as the design of The Big Brother Project - a two-week Personal Development course delivered to hundreds of delegates. The Project Management of Welfare to Work contracts, responsible for four training centres and 23 staff.
Business Skills delivered nationally to an infinite number of corporate and private organisations, and hundreds of executives, professionals, services and trades.
The training management of a national events company which after 2 years soared into an adventure of facilitating hundreds of soft skill workshops to thousands of delegates, globally.
The experiences nurtured by a wealth of relationships. International stakeholders, HR, CEO's, Directors, Corporate Teams, Change Management specialists, and the precious gifts of a string of Mentors, each an indulgence into brilliant mindsets and world-class accomplishments.
The measure of success in outcomes – inspirational professional performance, resilient teams, discovered talent, authentic leadership, and the extraordinaire who tuned into their potential.
